If we were sitting across from each other at my dining room table, this is what I’d want you to know: I know what it’s like to be burnt out. To feel like your dream business is taking over your dream life and like you’re juuuuuuuuust on the cusp of things getting easier, to only continue being overworked and underpaid - stretched too thin, desperate for a slower season.
Let me state the obvious: running a business like that isn’t sustainable for the long haul. And I think you found yourself here because deep down, you know this to be true.
Like all good stories, mine had a line in the sand when I decided to do something to change my reality.
I got serious about building strong business foundations, personally aligned growth strategies, time-saving systems, and putting my life values at the forefront of my business model.

When Kate started working with Laura as a coaching client circa 2018, she never would’ve expected to fall in love with workflows. (Can you blame her? Petition to rename “workflows” to something way more fun!). But from the first client project she joined in on, Kate became hands-down the best at strategizing workflows, and we were all 0% surprised. As a former nurse, she’s an expert at juggling details. Plus, she’s a mom to the CUTEST little nugget, Augie, who joins our team meetings and is not-so-secretly our favorite.

Augie, short for August, has been with our team since his mom, Kate, decided she actually loooooves workflows! We suggest asking Kate if you can meet him if you’re lucky enough to have a Zoom call with her. You won’t be disappointed, and you’re guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face – even after a 2-hour workflow call. ;)

My mom, Terry, has been with me through three businesses! While she loves a good financial spreadsheet and is an expert bookkeeper, she also gets credit for inspiring my love of photography (we had a dark room in my house growing up!) and for turning me onto workflows. Moms, y’know? She’s my best friend and my biggest supporter. We suggest inviting her over if you want your kitchen organized, and your closet color coded - just sayin’!
